My car wouldn’t turn on, so I was able to bring it to Austin Automotive and they found out what was wrong with it- I had an issue with a terminal on my battery. It wasn’t until I went in the next day and Robert discovered it. He got it fixed swiftly, and gave an amazing experience. It feels nice to know you have a nearby automotive shop that will actually take care of you.

I was from out of town and broke down from an overheated situation. They gave me top priority with the engine cooling system and got me back on the road with the confidence that repairs were made correctly . The friendly service was like no other I had experienced with automotive stations, other than my own home town shop.

They always give fair prices and good advice. Went in and they did a free brake inspection, and ended up advising that I sell my car. Another mechanic might have told me to fix it anyways, and I could have wasted a LOT of money. In the past they've done work for me and it's always been good.

I've used this AAS location about 5 times and I'm satisfied with their work. Being satisfied is no easy task for me since I do most of my own car repair and have high expectations in the quality of repair. But there are a few things (alignment, A/C) for which I don't have the equipment. That's when I use AAS. The work has been very good - no comebacks for me. And their service advisors are car knowledgeable, unlike the desk jockeys they use at many dealerships and garages.
