I’m new to Austin and was looking for someplace I could take my car in a regular basis as well as find people I could establish a relationship with. I definitely found this at Austins Automotive Services.

We are from out of town and car making a grinding sound with turning right. Came to the shop on a Saturday without an appointment as read the reviews and was close to our hotel. Although they were busy, they looked at our vehicle and diagnosed the problem promptly. They discussed our options for repair. Were very efficient and honest. Cannot thank them enough for their assistance and truly appreciative of their service.

As a woman I always am nervous taking my car to the shop but let me just say that it was SO great working with them! They took my car and I had it back within 2 days. They called my warranty people and kept me updated the whole time. They did not try to scam me into buying extra things. They were so professional, kind, and friendly!

Our vehicle needed a lot of work, new alternator, new belts , new fans, hoses and flushing of all fluids and an oil change. Austin automotive was prompt, explained everything in detail including labor and parts and delivered service in the quickest way possible without cutting any corners. I received the vehicle back within a day in a half and car is running smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
