Horrible service....had appointment scheduled at 9 for alignment. After an 1hr 15 min. They still hadn't taken my car to the back.

Were sorry for the delay James. We are a super busy shop and sometime the car or truck ahead of you has an issue pop up that was unexpected and requires more time.

Friendly staff! Not quite the result I’d hoped for… but if you need an air-conditioned waiting room to sit for 100 minutes while you pay $71 for your A/C to not get fixed…

I am sorry Ryan. We ask people to drop off their vehicles if possible. Due to not only COVID but we stay super busy and there is no way to tell how long the car ahead of you is going to take or how long it is going to diagnose your vehicle.
