I had previous repairs done at a different shop 5hr way. My vehicle had been in the shop for almost a month in Mission tx. It was my first time driving my vehicle and it overheated on my way to Austin, leaving me stranded in Buda. The mechanics at Austin Automotives in Buda made this horrible experience a lot more pleasant. Of course, I was hesitant and upset being that I had just received my car after a month worth of repairs. At Austin's Automotice they understood all the emotions I was feeling. They took the time to explain my issue and repairs in detail. They even offered to show me in person so I could understand what the process and issues were. What one shop couldn't tell me or fix in a month they managed to figure out in just TWO days. I'm really thankful for the level of care they took with my situation. They were extremely patient and understanding. Thanks again to the whole staff ❤ I definitely recommend this shop to people from Buda and to those unfortunate ones passing by the town with automotive issues like me....

Wow! One of the first places I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like they just listed “problems” to get my money. This team actually cares about their customers and I got consistent updates about my vehicle while I was here. Their mechanics are extremely skilled! 10/10 would recommend!!

We just moved from Houston and have tried a couple of other places but not happy with the services. We went to get new tires at Discount Tires and they are the ones who recommended AAS. Wonderful people and great service! Very happy I found Austin’s Automotive Services. Thank you!

I had my vehicle aligned there today. The alignment seems good so far. Took quite a bit longer than expected but that's fine. My issue is that they do a complimentary 12 point inspection. Their inspection of my car revealed that the engine and cabin air filter needed immediate attention. I just replaced both two months ago so I asked what they saw that warranted attention. I was informed that they don't actually inspect the filters they just go off whatever service history is in their system. That's pretty ridiculous and not helpful whatsoever. What's the point of an inspection of you don't inspect anything. I would be suspicious of any recommended service at this shop.
