mgr/owner very knowledgeble and explained the situation w/my car in layman's terms

The front desk guy at the Cedar Park location C*** was rude and arrogant. We were told our warranty wouldn’t cover or fix our vehicle Bc the check engine light was off again so there’s no point. When we said the codes are stored so the car will have the info for the code that keeps going on and off so I could get it fixed before the warranty expired he said that it didn’t work that way and I could talk to the warranty company as much as I wanted and it wouldn’t help. He was so rude the whole time with his body language etc. we clearly didn’t go back. We went to another location where they said we were right and the codes are stored so they can look it up and start the claim. Same company different location better service. What got me the most was the way he talked to my wife when she was actually right the whole time! Real jerk. Will never go there!

Very fast and good communication with problems and solutions to my vehicle

I drive a 1996 Toyota 4Runner that’s pushing 300,000 miles. Of course I have occasional issues that need tending to, and this is the only shop I trust to do me, & my vehicle right, so we can keep on keeping on! Clay and Ryan are kind, conscientious, & communicative. I am confident that their team is giving quality service and I am comfortable with the costs. I will continue to recommend them every time a friend needs their own vehicles tended to.

Took my Subaru there for an easy oil change. Got it home and woke up to oil on my garage floor. Ended up having to go back 3 times and each time they told me it wasn’t leaking but they ended up replacing the drain plug. Guess what it’s still leaking . Needless to say I won’t be back. The only reason they get 1 star is because 0 stars were not available.

Used the Cedar Park location for my “04 Jeep Wrangler a few years ago for a Rear Main Seal. I didn’t have the tools to get the job done myself, I like to do my own work whenever possible. Explained the situation to them and they had the repairs done before they promised when they repaired the Rear Main Seal. The Jeep has grease pints and was showing my youngest (about to get his license) how to maintain the vehicle. Put one squeeze to many on the drag link /Pitman Arm CV Boot and torn it. Recent surgery and not able to get the right angle to get the part off, I make a quick call and they tell me they can get it done. Drop it off end of day, should be ready by mid-day next day. Got a text mid-day letting me know it was ready. No complaints, only had it back a couple of days and not much time to drive it, but know if something is wrong, they will take a look at it and work with you to make things right.
