This week my car's ignition key stopped working, at the parking lot of my office. I called them to check the price but they wouldn't know before diagnosing the problem. I asked how much it would be if the problem was ignition switch and ignition lock cylinder, and they wouldn't know until checking on their own. With a little bit of reluctance, I towed my car there because it is close to my house. Clay asked me to check if the other key works and if that's the case that will be the end of the case, which I really appreciated. It didn't work, so I left my car there for diagnosis. Next morning I got a call for a quote of $1040 something. I was told that I need to replace ignition switch and lock cylinder, and just the genuine Hyundai lock cylinder costs about $600. Probably that is more than how much I can get if I sold my car. I towed it to my house because there is no way I will invest that much money on my old Hyundai. I paid $135 for the diagnosis. I looked up Amazon and found the parts were $34.36 for the cylinder and $14.33 for the switch. Both genuine Hyundai parts. I ordered them, watched couple of YouTube, and fixed it with my friend. It turns out I needed to replace the switch only, so I am returning the lock cylinder. I always like their warm customer service. They would never do awful things like breaking my car and claiming it was like that before. They are honorable. My advice to whomever read this far is to make sure you do your due diligence rather than blindly going by the reviews you read.

I am sorry you were not happy with our service. However we are a little confused by your review. We get our parts from the Dealership and our mark up and prices were in line. Our cost from the dealer was almost $600 for the two and our labor rate is in line with everyone else in town. I guess we need to question the dealer prices more in the future ourselves.
