Austin Automotives had fixed two of my wheel bearings in a timely manner and they gave me a very good quote. My car drives so much better now. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs quality work one on their vehicle.

These guy were great!!! I had unknown issues with the steering of my Audi and a few other concerns with valve cover and tires. These guys went above the call of duty and not only accessed the issue I came in for but addressed the other items. They didn’t charge me anything or try to push to do the work there. But rather, gave me the priority to get things resolved and explained what they could fix once other items got resolved else where. Their honesty and integrity has won my business for all my automotive needs in the future.

The dealer where I bought my car did a front wheel alignment and other repairs after a close encounter with a curb. After repairs were done, when I pointed out that the front wheels were still visibly cambered in at the top, they told me it was an optical illusion. Two weeks later, I took it to Austin Automotive, and they immediately diagnosed the problem as mounts that were damaged beyond a usable range of adjustment, and had a solution. It's a comfort to have somebody in the neighborhood that knows what they're doing

After an accident where my Subaru Outback suffered wheel and suspension damage, I was referred to this business. I am so fortunate to get that referral. Austin's Automotive Specialists is a local business with an attitude towards customer service and honesty. Not only was the staff (especially the manager Clay) courteous and respectful, Clay went out of his way to help guide me through the best way possible to ensure my car was repaired correctly and for the best possible price. My car is now repaired and I am more than pleased. If in need of a good and reliable automobile shop in the North Austin and Cedar Park area, don't hesitate to give them a chance. They have earned my business for not just my car, but my wife's car and regular service.

Highly recommend. Very honest mechanic. I took my car here for a second opinion. I was told by another mechanic I needed a $1500 replacement for both of the front lower control arms due to a tear in one of the bushings. Austin’s Automotive Specialists looked and saw that there was only a small cosmetic scratch and not a tear and that I didn’t need the $1500 replacement. Additionally I was shown a picture of the “damage” so I could see myself how minor it was!

Very professional and did very quick work. Were up front and honest about what work actually needed to be done. I used to work in an auto shop and I saw the pressure put on customers to do extra work. It didn't see that here which is a pleasant thing. The only downside was the car was a little bit dirtier when I picked it up vs when I dropped it off.
