Great customer service.

Texas winter still requires a/c. No one told my truck about this rule. Lucky for me Austin Automotive handled it. My first time at this location and I'm still impressed. Great service, friendly staff, and reliability. Here's hoping for no other issues and if there are, I know who will take care of it. Thanks, y'all.

I had a great experience taking my new to me 2013 Toyota RAV4 in for an oil change! Customer service was great and through Carfax they were able to tell me what services my car needed and didn’t need mileage wise. This helped me relax and make a plan that I could afford. I loved their lobby and ability to wait comfortably while my car was being worked on. Automotive Specialists…you have a new, loyal customer!!

Service manager is kind, patient, and respectful. Price is decent. Wait time quite acceptable (about 1 hour for an oil change). I have been going there for a couple of years. I have always been treated well.

Austin's Automotive Specialists in Lakeway is the place to go for auto work. We've used them for routine maintenance and some repair work (including a complete brake replacement job). They're super-professional with great quality work performed for a good value. We'll continue to use them in the future.
