Check engine light was on. My car sat at the dealership for 10 days before they looked at it. When they did, they gave me a story about how the repairs would cost between $4,000 and $8,000!!! I picked up my car and took it to Austin Automotive. They diagnosed within two hours, told me what the issue was, then had it fixed the next day... at MUCH less than the dealer quote! I’ve found my new go-to car repair place! Everyone was friendly, shop was clean, and they explained everything to me in detail. As a woman, taking my car to a mechanic can be stressful and there’s always the thought that they’ll take advantage of not knowing what they’re talking about. I never felt uneasy or uncomfortable at Austin Automotive. Would give them more stars if there were more!
