Highly, highly recommend! These guys have proved themselves to be honest and trustworthy time and time again. They've made a lifelong customer, my family will never take our vehicles anywhere but here. Andy and Justin at the front desk have been so informative and educational on each of my visits in such a way that wasn't belittling or demeaning and I've learned a lot from them! As a woman with little to no car knowledge it's very intimidating going to a mechanic knowing your easy to be taken advantage of just because you don't know any better. They're very thorough and provide a full breakdown of the issues that have been uncovered along with photos. I had taken my car to another highly rated mechanic not far from here who told me my engine was blown, my car was worthless and offered me $450 to buy my car. Not convinced, I had my car towed to Austin Automotive specialists and for just over what the other place offered to buy my car for Austin Automotive fixed it and it's running better than ever. I'm very thankful to these guys for providing an honest and ethical business that I can trust won't rip me off. Thanks guys!
