I was told to bring the car at 7:30 am to make sure my car is serviced. I was the second person waiting on the line when the door opened at 7:30 am. I needed to fix oil leak and even I told them that it needs a new valve cover gasket. I was told they will inspect the car and call me to let me know their findings and an estimate. I did not get a call. At 12:30 pm I called them , I was told they will call me shortly. I did not get a call, so at 3:30 I went to check the status. They did not even inspect the car by that time. I needed the car in the evening, so i took it back. It was obvious that they will not be able to service the car on that day. I was told to make an appointment on another day. I said, why to drop the card at 7:30 am and take it back in the evening, without any service done? What is the guarantee that the same thing will not happen to me again?

It’s hard to find a mechanic who is honest and does a great job. These guys are both and have proven to me time and again that their reputation and service are their #1 priority. Thank you for not taking advantage of me when you most certainly could have. Loyal for life now.

Fast and friendly.

I took my Toyota Rav4 in on a Saturday afternoon.. After sitting outside Toyota's service department and not being helped because they were swamped. We opted to go across the street to this location. It was later in the day, about 2pm when we got our car in and the man at the front was very helpful even though I knew they were busy and was closing soon. Billy looked up exactly what my car needed, and got the oil changed in a few hours. On top of being very friendly and fast, they were very reasonably priced. Usually spending a couple hundred when I take my car to Toyota for maintenance, I spent less than $70. They are now my go-to location and will be using them for future service on my Rav4 and any cars I get in the future. 10/10 would recommend.
