I have been using the services of Austin’s Automotive Specialists over the past few years for those unexpected times when in need of help with my vehicles and have always left in knowing I received very professional services in a very timely manner. The best part is, your always thinking. Gee, I wonder how much this will end up costing me? Every time I have left paying less than what I thought it would be!! Reason being, these guys are more interested in helping you than taking advantage of you!!! Clay and his crew are AMAZING!! We've gone to Clay for a few years now and after not seeing him for a while, we were stunned that he remembered the both of us! I absolutely hate going to get maintenance done on vehicles so when we found Clay, someone we actually trust, it made a huge difference. He's always honest and fair and doesn't try to take advantage. I've been scammed so many times at other places so we're grateful we found him. He's the best guy for the job and we truly consider him a friend. These guys are honest and trustworthy and do such a great job EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I had a wonderful experience here twice. The first time they fixed my AC and the second time my check engine light was on and they were able to replace my spark plugs, a coil and radiator. Both times the price was fair and I got my car back quickly! The communication was spot on and I appreciate the text message updates they send while my car is being repaired. This will be my go to mechanic from now on.
