So sorry this is so long, necessary to show our desperation!!!!!On Saturday, February 5, 2022 we were headed at about 79 mph down I35W to San Marcos to visit out granddaughter at Texas State University and to celebrate our daughter’s , her Mothers, birthday as a family. Suddenly my 2014 Cadillac had a communication come on the screen that engine power had been decreased and check engine light had come on saying stabilitrack had taken over. Felt like the brake was on. Went from almost 80 to less than 60 immediately! I had to change lanes and we stopped. Where were we going to fine a garage to help in an unfamiliar town at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon after an ice storm in Texas, that was open! Siri found Austin Automotive Specialists at our next exit and it was open!!! WOW. So relieved!! Long story short management came out to our car, ran a diagnostic, found the problem, reset computer, had us test drive it, all fixed, we were on our way to San Marcos in less than 45 minutes. He wouldn’t charge us. We were so impressed with them. We are from Fort Worth and would use them exclusively if we lived in Round Rock! What awesome service to strangers. Angels do exist!!! We said thank you, you saved the day, and we are so thankful there are still honest, decent, and reliable people still left in this crazy world we have now. A million thanks again Austin Automotive
