I just moved to Texas a few months ago and bought the wife a car on Carvana a couple weeks ago. The car showed up and had "an exhaust" on it, (muffler delete) so I went to AAS to revert it back to stock, thinking it was a small cut/weld job. Turns out muffler deletes are illegal in Texas and almost the whole exhaust system needed to be replaced. Ryan and Clay were quick to inform me and said they will make sure Carvana handles this on their dime. They got on the phone with them and filed a claim for me, and the next day I was back and the car was exactly the way it should've been when I bought it within a few hours! This is the first auto shop I've been to since living here and I already know I will not go anywhere else!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THANKS AGAIN RYAN AND CLAY!!!

I have never had repair work done here but have been there for inspections and oil changes. The guys in the office are always polite and friendly. It's usually my first choice for oil and inspections
