I felt good making my appointment with this crew when I saw how far backed they were booked, and as a hair stylist and young entrepreneur, I know what that means! I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, and the turnaround for the diagnostic was only a few hours. I was text messaged a detailed report in regards to the listed issues WITH photo evidence which I highly appreciated, and decided to go through with the repairs. The service providers were friendly, and I'm overall very happy with the service! The price was higher than what I expected based off the average cost I acquired from the web, but I trusted my intuition and lets be real… you get what you pay for! As someone who's always on the road I'm so pleased to have found a solid automotive service provider here in ATX. Brownie points for the very convenient location, too!

My air conditioning was not working. I went to the Lakeway location and Chris took a look at it. There was a loose connector, which he plugged back in. He could have brought it into the shop and charged me for replacing some parts, but he did not. This is an honest place. Definitely highly recommended.

I really appreciate Austin's Auto Specialists. I was in a tight spot after a breakdown on the way to Llano on a Saturday. I had the car towed to AAS. Chris looked at the car and recommended I take it to the dealership in case my warranty still applied. They could have done the work and charged me, but instead they tried to save me money. Such great integrity!

I got a transmission flush here and it was great. My appointment was at 11am but I dropped the vehicle off early and they finished befor my appointment time even arrived. They were very friendly and helpful and highly suggest using them for mechanic work on your vehicle

I went here to get my state inspection. They were really quick and friendly. I Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Possibly one the best automobile repair experience I have had. I was worried about how long repairs would take, finding a place, getting an assessment in a timely manner and that was time wasted on worry. I didn't want to go to the dealership as I always seem to spend 30% more there. This experience was so good, and the guys who checked me in/out are at the top of their game so to speak. Very pleasant and helpful and just nice. I left my last mechanic shop because 3/4 repairs and maintenance done there needed follow up repairs, which were costly and inconvenient. I am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, mistakes can be made, but statistically they were costing me time and money. Glad to have broken that cycle. Thanks for the quick and great service and the car is running really well so far. We'll be back with four cars, I am sure.
