Russell and his team are one of the best auto service specialists I've found. Ever. Trustworthy, experienced and hospitable, they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency oil change (which was 100% my bad for dropping the ball) and are always transparent with what work they feel needs immediate work and which can stand to wait and for how long. Their prices are competitive- especially when the dealer tried to rip me off! Not on their watch!

Expensive but direct, punctual, honest, friendly, and communicative. They called me to let me know how things were going exactly as they were; they gave me all the options I had. They test drove my car after they fixed it to make sure everything's right and it wasn't so they finished the job. They took off the bill the Uber cost because of that one day delay.

Tried calling several times and they would hang up on me each time- just wanted to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at.

Car would not start after being jumped the day before. I experienced the same problem and it was suggested by the company who previously jumped the car to have the alternator checked. I made an appointment and it was diagnosed that the battery was the problem, mind you the battery was only 10 months old and under warranty and company that installed it replaced it with a new one. The specialist checked the alternator after the new battery was installed and sure enough the reading was normal. Andy the dispatcher, who by the way never seemed to get a break from the phone constantly ringing, and the specialist provided me with outstanding service. They are truly legit. Thanks again.
