We ha taken our car to a Firestone Repair shop on 620 I Round Rock. They were supposed to machine our rear rotars and do a complete job on rear breaks . After wards , the breaks still grabbed and were not acting right. We took it to Automotive Specialtand after inspection, the only thing the other company did was slap new break pads on. So we had to pay for the whole process again. Bummer. The solved the problem and the car drives fine. In and out quickly. We will go back again for other repairs.

These guys has really done a good job on maintaining the maintenance on my vehicle they are very reasonable with prices and I will recommend them to anyone they do great business the manager and he is a very good guy thanks to Austin Automotive specialist my vehicle stay running good space👍🏾

I have used this place several times mainly for vehicle inspection and the staff is always very friendly and helpful, they take the time to explain things and leave you confident about your decisions…it is obvious that they are there to help not scam people

I've had a broken AC in my car for YEARS. Finally couldn't take this Texas heat and brought it into the Roundrock location of automotive specialists and they were amazing! Left my car over the weekend while I traveled and came back to a cool car! Will go back to them for all my car maintenance.

3rd visit within 6 months. Most recent visit, repairs performed were insufficient and will be taking back for them to correct. Not a Happy Customer with the money ive paid them. So, trying to be fair, but will probably change Automotive repair shop in the future.
