Unfortunately, terrible experience. I received misinformation, wait time was estimated between 3-4 hours and I ended up leaving my car overnight and still having to call for updates since i received no updates on my car’s status otherwise. They continued to misspell my name, changing it completely twice, even though i had written it down for the appointment (that did not get confirmed until i called to check in) and once i arrived. I paid for the check up that ended up being 1-hour of labor according to the receipt, in spite of having to leave the car overnight (from 7:45am Monday until 4:30pm Tuesday).
