Melissa and the team do an amazing job together. She is extremely honest and at the same time worries about the customer, giving the best recommendation and warning you for possible costs later in the future. She is the best example of a customer centric professional, and this is what makes me want to always come back to this shop. And the mechanics on the other hand always do a spotless job.

Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, and, they can even work on newer cars with all the new technology. And, in this time when it's hard to get parts or service appointments, they are fast, very reasonably priced, and... honest! I've had an amazingly satisfying experience every time I've gone there!

On 6/10/23 I brought in my vehicle for an assessment and was referred out for a recall. Then had to come back on 6/27/23 for a noise and it was a motor mount. I didn't have to stress over it because Andy took total control over it from evaluate, order part, and billing and he made sure my car stay over by sending email to remind me. The whole process was done the next day and didn't hurt my pocket book. I use my car for work so I was hoping they could fix it and they did. These mechanics know what they are doing. I am so happy with the results and the car is running smoothly just in time for vacation. I recommend them for all your auto repair needs. Happy July 4th everyone.

The store manager Melissa is knowledgeable and honest (she doesn't tell you something that you don't need repair and waste your money and time). The wait time is reasonable. Overall I like this shop and would recommend to others.
