I admire genuine, honest people in the world and the staff here is comprised of some really great ones. I brought my minivan here to get serviced and Clay took great care of me. I never felt like they were trying to get over on me like many shops tend to do with women especially. They were very caring and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future if something else comes up. For anyone in the area, definitely consider them for your automotive needs! Amazing experience every time. You wouldn't think someone would describe going to an auto shop as amazing but Brian makes every visit as painless as possible. I am a young female and I feel other shops have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. (Christian brothers especially) giving me quotes for $1000+ when Austin Automotive specialist's quote is less than $200. They exceeded my expectations by fixing the squeaking breaks which turned out just to be a lose pin for free, adjusting the degree of a sensor saying it's covered under my initial diagnostic fee, etc. I have an old Jeep Wrangler that is constantly having issues and I'm glad I have finally found a trustworthy company to bring it to. I will always recommend them to friends and family!

Honesty guys and reasonable price. They will show you a small model to understand what they are gotta to do. In others stores, they would use lots terminologies to fool you around. Here, they show you to understand you are gotta to pay. Hence I give them 5-star.
