I've always had a great experience at Austin's Automotive Specialistss. This time around was just as impressive. I had antifreeze leaking from my truck, it looked like it was coming from the water pump but I didn't have the time to look at it myself. I took it to AAS and they found the leak coming from the intake manifold and the water pump. The intake manifold leak was affecting the performance of the engine and corroding other components as well. They were able to replace the intake manifold, water pump and other components in one day and get it back to me in great, and better performing, condition. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and great timing with fixing my truck. I will continue to take my vehicles to AAS.

Imagine: Quality Work...Quick Service...Low Price. You can hardly ever get all three. At some places you can get 2 out of 3. Most others you just get one or the other. But at Austin's Automotive Specialistss I felt I came as close to the Trifecta as ever! I put two cars in for some pretty serious work taking multiple shop hours each. Arriving about 9:30 a.m. as a new customer with no appointment I got them both out the same day and pleasantly surprised at the ticket. On one I saved more than $1,100 compared to dealer service. I also received a complete assessment of the condition of both and recommendations for maintenance in the near future. Bravo Zulu to Ryan, Clay and the folks at Austin's Automotive Specialistss! Oooohraaahh!

Great experience with AAS on two different occasions. Small snafu on one but was quickly solved. Guys were friendly and knowledgable not only with me but to other customers who came in, or answering their office phones. Definitely refer to anyone needing auto service!

I went in for an oil change, Had a hiccup with some water on one of the spark plugs, car didn’t like that I drove back and they made the situation right and fixed it! Very good people, communicate well, they take ownership, and are always welcoming. I will return!

I wish I could give them 100 stars these guys are amazing they really go above and beyond what they are required to do they are very trustworthy reasonably priced my car wouldn't start for what ever reason I got it started took it to them they tested it couldn't find anything wrong asked to keep it an extra day just to make sure it would start everything checked out just fine I didn't get charged for it now what mechanic shop do you know would that, I'll Wait....None, most would say they found a problem and charge an arm and 2 legs for it. Thanks Austin's Automotive Specialists you are my mechanic shop for life.

Amazing shop with people who really care about you and your safety with your car. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure they are explaining your repairs and for not trying to sell you on other things you don't need. I had just left a different repair shop that did not know anything about the problem with my car but still charged me.
