Extremely helpful staff!

if i could give more than 5 starts i would!! Jerome is the best and his staff is great. i will always choose this shop for my car!

We came to Jerome's with an issue with our car's radiator. All of our usual mechanics were booked months out, and they got us in the same day we called. They completed the repair in a timely with a reasonable price, and returned our vehicle the next day. We had a minor issue with the repair a week later, and Jerome's teamed made us a priority and took care of it immediately. We brought our vehicle back the same day we called with the follow-up issue, and they had us out the door in one hour with no additional charges. Thanks to Jerome's team for making this easy. We'll be bringing our vehicles back for any needed future service.

I came in with an alignment that was completely off and causing damage to my wheels to the point where a new one popped within three months of driving. Not only did they correct the alignment, they helped with the root cause of the issue, the bent frame. While this was all happening, the Manager Jerome and I had an amazing conversation where he really helped me understand things about my car and how the problem had started. So not only did they correct the issue I came in with, they went above and beyond to educate their customers so it wouldn’t happen again. Will definitely be coming back.

Jerome and his team have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve come here twice and will continue to do business at this location. They’ve gotten me in fast and have called to follow up on how my car is running after servicing. Unparalleled, friendly, and professional customer service.

I can't speak for all the locations but I know that this particular location is great. Shout out to Jerome; he does a good job of making you feel welcomed and talking through pricing. It always seems to be fair priced and they've shown me they can be trusted. The shop on William Canyon is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. There are two great men that work there, one manages the office and one is a great mechanic. I am talking about Andy Walker and Cameron. My car has always been taken care of. I would recommend this shop over several others I have been . So the next time you need great service go to AUSTIN’S AUTOMOTIVE, tell them Dell sent you.

This is currently the only place I recommend to anyone I know who needs car repairs. I personally hate taking my car to mechanics as I have built a mistrust in many well known businesses because I feel I'm sometimes being pushed into paying for services that I don't need. After working with Andy and his mechanics, I have not felt like I'm being taken advantage of. Each time I took my car, I felt that these mechanics went above and beyond to ensure that they are fixing the root of the car problem and are not just trying to get as much money as possible out of me. They are very helpful and wonderful hard workers who have demonstrated multiple times that they have the customers best interest in mind. I have never felt more pleased with a mechanic shop. My family will continue to take our car to Andy and his team as long as we live in Austin. Thank you Andy and mechanics for being so honest and generous!

Imagine: Quality Work...Quick Service...Low Price. You can hardly ever get all three. At some places you can get 2 out of 3. Most others you just get one or the other. But at Austin's Automotive Specialists I felt I came as close to the Trifecta as ever! I put two cars in for some pretty serious work taking multiple shop hours each. Arriving about 9:30 a.m. as a new customer with no appointment I got them both out the same day and pleasantly surprised at the ticket. On one I saved more than $1,100 compared to dealer service. I also received a complete assessment of the condition of both and recommendations for maintenance in the near future. Bravo Zulu to Ryan, Clay and the folks at Austin's Automotive Specialists! Had a great experience with diagnostics on 11/26. They determined it may be a software issue on our car, and recommended we take it to the dealership. They didn't try to throw parts at it like I've seen before, rather referred us to another place for further diagnostics and only charged us for 1/2 hour! Awesome customer service!
