I needed an inspection done on my vehicle. I had gone to several places and they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to it. When I arrived at Austin Automotive they told me the guy that does inspections was at lunch and would be back in a few minutes and would inspect my car the minute he came back. He got there did my inspection and got me out of there in a timely manner.

Went in for annual safety inspection. Third brake light had to be replaced and was not easily accessible. Thought we might need to leave the car there for what could have been a two hour job. Fortunately they were able to gain access to the light and only charged me for the light. Very thankful! Also, they were very proactive on following COVID-19 safety protocols. Much appreciated!
