First of all let me apologize with the Covid Pandemic I did not realize I needed an appointment but Russell gladly fit me in. Everyone was very nice, but unfortunately I was encouraged to do a fix that was different than what I asked for (cable replacement). They were hopeful a simpler fix (terminal connection replacement) would be what my car needed, but not getting the fix I had requested led to needing my car towed on a holiday and still needing the original fix. I don’t plan to return.
