Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

After reading the great reviews I had high hopes for this shop. They are certainly charging top dollar for their services but decided to give them a try as they seemed to do quality work. I brought my truck in for Full synthetic oil change, Transmission exchange, and rear differential fluid exchange. When going to pay I asked for the discount special that was listed on their website and they refused to honor it saying that it was only for Transmission fluid flush and not exchange (Discount clearly states fluid exchange as seen in picture from website). They also refused to honor the promotional discount for the differential fluid. Why bother posting promotional offers if you just refuse to honor them when at the shop. This shows to me they cannot be trusted and if they won't honor their own promotions what else are they doing in the shop that you can't see? Even though service was overpriced I still would have given them a decent review if they had as least simply honored their own promotion.

I’ve been going to this location for 14 years. Car inspections oil changes different things of that matter. We only had One bad experience and that guy was let go. They made it right. The manager is amazing. Great service. Highly recommended

They were doing a repair on my lugnuts..beforebi picked it up they had topped off my fluids and did a quick inspection. Car was perfectly taken care of. Very professional and kind people. Would recommend!

Took my 2015 Nissan in there for a/c work. They took there time to find the problem and took care if it. Now my a/c is blowing nothing but cold air. Thanks guys good job. Well recommend ya to all my friends and family.

Great service - they know how to talk to people. And saved me alot of money of repairs I didnt need. Really glad I found this place.

Thought I needed my tires balanced due to vibrations, but they were able to inform me that the problem was something else and provided me a list of items, with no pressure to fix any of it. Ended up not spending a dime for a great diagnosis. Will be going back 100% Russell was awesome!

I had never gone here b/c I had a new warranty with the dealer - Toyota. After warranty, I was going to go to my usual repair shop. But, they are far away. AAS was near my house (walking distance). I tried them for some routine maintenance, and they were great. I will be back.
