I tried to reach out to Danny via email and phone. I was hung up on today when I called him and just wanted to know what we could have done better. We provided Danny with a state inspection which his vehicle passed with no issues and he didn't have to wait long for. We also let him know his maintenance light was on and that his engine air filter was dirty. He mentioned that he would take care of those items himself. He paid $18.50 for his inspection and left. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and we want our customers to be happy with our service. Danny may have not liked that our marketing company reached out for his review and I can understand that may have been frustrating. I wish Danny nothing but the best in his future endeavours. Paul took my van in on a warrantee job, replacing a grease seal on the right rear. The team did a good job, cleaned all the brake parts, installed a good seal. The mechanic wasn’t familiar with the stainless wheel covers and didn’t ask. As a result I could have lost one. He didn’t align the wheel cover with the valve stems and put it on the wrong lugs, so the nuts couldn’t tighten properly and one of them fell off, fortunately in a parking lot. I realigned the dish and applied the nuts using the wrench provided. No harm done but a near miss. Next time it wouldn’t hurt to ask me how to operate the stainless wheel covers.

My service engine light came on and I was due for a tune up so I came back here after using Austin Automotive twice before - I appreciate how fast they work, how well they communicate, and that I don't feel taken advantage of when I bring my car in.
