Paul was great at keeping me updated. First time using Austin's Automotive and All went well except they need to cover seat and clean up doors from grease. Looks like Tech getting in and out left grease on seat and door.

Austin Automotive Specialist are honest, professional and they get your repair done in a timely manner. I've been to several of their locations and all of them offer superior service and pay much more attention to detail than any 'Quick Lube' shop you would drive through. You can get the convenience of a timely lube service, but from mechanics who have years of experience with everything and anything having to do with a vehicle. Highly recommend any of their locations for your repair and maintenance needs. Two 👍

Exelent service very kind a respectful people

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Brake Flush, Spark Plugs and Fuel Injection Service. The technician was able to pinpoint (and show me) where my valve cover was leaking, failed gasket, which was able to be replaced (same day). There are a few more issues, for which I will be bringing my vehicle back in the near future. Thank all of you very much.
