Very communicative and professional

Ditched the dealer long ago in favor of Austin’s Automotive. Mike and co. are great - trustworthy, knowledgeable, able to get my car in whenever I need an oil change or something more major. I always feel safe on cross-country road trips after having these guys do an oil change and give my Mazda CX-5 the once over.

Love this place! Always very courteous, the text updates are really great, quick service, and the prices are fair. They even went a step further and provided a quote for additional services I'll need soon via email - very paper friendly!
