I love Discount Tire. I got new tires Saturday and they recommended Austin Automotive in Round Rock for a wheel alignment. I called right away and they said they can get me in Monday at 7:30. When I got there Monday morning, the manager, Mike Small said I wasn't on the schedule and his alignment guy was not there. He smugly said are you sure you called this place. I showed him the business card Discount Tire gave me and it was the right place. The employee sitting next to him admitted he took my call Saturday. From there the manager stuttered for a minute trying to get out he wouldn't be able to fit me in but would try. I got out of there as fast as I could. I would never allow a business to work on my vehicle with that kind of business practices. Poor customer service.
