I was referred to Austin Automotive last year and couldn't be happier. When I come in it's quick service and friendly information, instead of addons being shoved down your throat. Unfortunately, as a woman, it's assumed I know nothing about vehicles or what is needed but the Austin Automotive team has never made me feel that way. I feel like family and that they have my actual needs at the forefront of their service. I've also heard many calls while waiting on my car and the phone service is the same vibe, very real and trying to not charge you an arm and a leg to get you back on the road safely. 10/10 will be going back for as long as I'm in Austin 😊 particular shoutout to the William Cannon location, thanks for everything guys!

My suspicion of an alternator going out in my car was true, they ran the test & I was glad to hear that they were equipped to fix it as I waited. Tho' I must admit, I waited a very long time BUT I was so so thankful they could do it, especially on a Saturday! Thank you Austin's Automotive - I give'em ************** (teehee)

I went in for a state inspection and it was super quick! The staff was friendly and they worked quickly to get me back on my way. Will definitely be back for other car needs!
