I was recommended to this location by another customer.I’m a essential worker with 12 hours shifts five days a week.Only have time on Saturday.On this particular weekend.I was so tired 💤 overslept for my appointment.I called and talked to JT and he said come on in .I was so humbled to get my car fixed.I was getting a Motor fan.My Yorkie service dog 🐕‍🦺 Remy and I were so cold 🥶.I even got a reminder on the repair I was going to do last from all my other service.Now that’s customer service.The same mechanic works on my car every time I come Josh.He always takes great care of my car go’s over and beyond and professional. I came in without an appointment and was warned about the lengthy time I had to wait for the crew to get to my car. I was okay with just dropping it off, and when I came back later to pick it up, everything I had wanted to get done was completed for a reasonable price.

They got me in and out at a decent time, but I felt I was overcharged on a flat repair of $40, lambs automotive, Mcspaddens automotive and discount tires all charge 20 bucks for a flat repair and balance. They didn't even have to put tire on vehicle. Won't ever recommend any friends or family to this business..
