Went in for brakes and rotters, Robert got the car evaluated when promised! Estimated time was not meet but I can’t be mad at the guys at this location because it was not their fault, it was NAPA parts delivery who brought the wrong parts in a late manner! I have a 5 stars because Robert and all the guys were honest, and kept me in the loop of what’s was going on and they never took my car off the lift! The mechanics were on standby and ready and I couldn’t ask for better customer service, and for that reason I will return!

I was out shopping and got in my car and it would not start. I went into panic mode! I was able to get a battery jump and immediately called Austin Automotive. It was 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Knowing they were closing soon. I explained my situation and without hesitation they told me to come in. I got there and they were super busy but made time to check my battery and replace it. The entire process was taken care of in less than twenty minutes. Can’t say enough how I appreciate the employees there. This was at the Parmer location. They are and will be my go to car service!
