Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Every time I have ever tried calling this place, to shop around and/or ask questions for myself or a friend the mechanic was extremely rude. I don't understand how this place has good reviews at all!! Coming from the east Coast and having a family who works on cars, to be met with such patronizing staff is a appalling. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt that people should get a more well rounded view of the truth for this establishment. And as far as price goes, I have definitely found better.

These guys did a excellent job and got me back on the road I hit a curb pretty bad in a snow storm bent my tire rod they got the part and had me back in the road in no time easy financing and they honor all warranties the mechanic is really good and fast I forget his name but he’s young and he knows his stuff had to go back and he blessed me with a temporary solution til I can afford to get the part fixed I don’t know what he did but that really worked and thank you no it’s not leaning left at all and the slippery light is off thank you I appreciate you and I will be back good business all around and the office is very professional as well did an outstanding job Good service good business is a win win in my book🤓

Aside from the friendliness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing, these guys always keep us informed about issues that our old trucks could face in the future. This allows us to budget time and money for repairs accordingly, and it minimizes how often our trucks are out of rotation. Fantastic service and super nice employees!

I have been servicing my car here for basic oil and fluid changes for the last 2 years. I recently ran up to 60000 miles I needed my car to be checked up in depth and they did a fantastic job. I feel as if this is some of the best money I've spent as the car feels brand new. I highly reccomend Austin Automaotive!

Unfortunately I have to update this review to a 1/5 star. I used to really enjoy going here before they sold. I took my car in recently for an oil change and they charged me almost $30 more than the advertised price on the tv screen in their lobby. I’ve gone here for years and when I pointed out that the TV in the lobby quoted one price and they were charging me another all the guy did was shrug and say everything’s more expensive now. Yeah I appreciate that, but when you display that the cost for a service is one amount and then charge a different amount it is dishonest. It will be the last service I receive from them.
