Great service! Everyone who works here is friendly and very helpful.

Friday afternoon my AC stopped blowing in my car. I immediately called a national chain, which I'd been using for oil changes, and they said they couldn't get to it till next Thursday. With temperatures forecast in the upper 90s the next week, I said thanks but I'll call around. Years ago I'd had Austin Automotive in Buda do some repairs for me and was really happy with their service and prices. So I called the one in Round Rock, and Andy told me if I could get it in that day, they could have it done by the end of the following day. I did, and not only did they replace my blower by the end of Saturday, the price was about half what I expected. I really appreciate the work Andy and the guys at the Round Rock location did, and I'll definitely be switching to them for my oil changes and any future repairs.

Such great customer service!! I brought my car here last year for a problem specific to my make/model and they knew the issue before even checking out my car. Fixed it within hours at an affordable price. This morning, I brought my car in for a dead battery and they were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend, and I will continue to get my car serviced/repaired here for any future issues I have. Thank you to Austin Automotive Specialists!
