Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I work very close so I was able to drop off my vehicle and they gave me a ride to work. Great and professional environment. I only had an oil change and inspection. They treated me like a person and not a dumb woman and they did not try to make me buy things I did not need. Very very nice!!! I will go back for all my cars work.

Today I had the most wonderful experience as a first time customer here at Austin’s Automotive Specialists. The staff (shout out to Clay and Ryan) are all kind, patient, and very personable. I called early in the morning and they didn’t hesitate to help me out the same day. They took care of everything I needed done to my car not only in a timely manner, but a professional, caring manner as well. I would 10/10 recommended this place to anyone who is in need of automotive care.

Great service and great people. As a customer, you will NOT get the runaround, and they will give you the best options for repair. They will NOT continously try to over exaggerate small issues just to take advantage of vulnerable customers. Also, of the number of visits I have had, the repairs are good, and no lingering issues follow the repair. Its hard to find a shop that you can trust, this is one of them.
