Won't be returning to this location. I made an appointment online 2 days ago and it was confirmed this morning. When I arrived, the guy at the front desk was immediately totally unprofessional and rude to me (pretty sure he rolled his eyes at my mask too). He was completely annoyed that he had no reservation for me and was understaffed. Okay, but don't take it out on your innocent customers. It's not my fault your system doesn't work, and there's no reason to be a jerk. Go get some customer service training.
Kevan, I am sorry if our shop Manager came across as rude. He gets glowing reviews all the time. I apologize for how he came across to you and will speak to him about the interaction.
