Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Took my 2007 Lexus in because of rubbing noise, as I made a sharp left turn. They called and said mud flap had gotten twisted and was rubbing against tire. They also noticed right front drive axle boot was torn and axle joint was worn. Recommend replacing, which I gave them the go ahead after all car is 14 years old. Had the car back the next morning.

This a friendly, timely, reaonable, and professional group! I had my car inspected in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend them!

Won't be returning to this location. I made an appointment online 2 days ago and it was confirmed this morning. When I arrived, the guy at the front desk was immediately totally unprofessional and rude to me (pretty sure he rolled his eyes at my mask too). He was completely annoyed that he had no reservation for me and was understaffed. Okay, but don't take it out on your innocent customers. It's not my fault your system doesn't work, and there's no reason to be a jerk. Go get some customer service training.

Improper A/C and Exhaust fix

The dealer said the part was back ordered indefinitely. I called Austin Automotive and they got an OEM part the same day and replaced it within a few hours…and charged less than the dealer originally quoted me. I’ll definitely be going back.

Melissa, Matt and the rest of the crew were awesome! From phone calls to receipt, it was the smoothest process and most honest garage I’ve been too. A good shop for slightly lowered/modified cars to get alignments and other work done. I was able to hang around outside the rear bay doors and see the care put into my car while learning how it’s done. 10/10 getting all my work done here in the future as long as I’m in Austin.
