This shop is great! Melissa is a no bs woman who certainly looks out for her customer’s best interests. They won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. Truly honest and up front with you!

I went to NTB Tires near where I live and their system could not spin my tires fast enough to validate if they were aligned or not. I still could feel the vibration and was pulling to the right. Ok.. I went to Firestone.. did some basic maintenance and found out that the rod was bent on the front wheel; they balanced and rotated the tires. They did NOT test drive my car on the interstate to find out that it still vibrated a bit and was pulling to the right. I was NOT going to bring my car back and complain. I took my 2008 Mazda 3 with 159k miles to Austin Automotive Specialists. Excellent Service - I was impressed w/ the level of knowledge from Jerome and staff. They knew EXACTLY what needed to be done on this type of stick shift vehicle including the type of spark plugs needed. I am VERY happy and suitably impressed. Will definitely return and I will also bring my other 2021 Honda Odyssey.

I enjoyed the customer service and quality of work. I appreciated the fact there were not repeated requests to discuss more and more services that were not necessary. It seems to be in fashion in about 50% of places nowadays. Thank you for that.

State vehicle inspection, the staff was fast, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be using their services again!
