Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Took my Subaru there for an easy oil change. Got it home and woke up to oil on my garage floor. Ended up having to go back 3 times and each time they told me it wasn’t leaking but they ended up replacing the drain plug. Guess what it’s still leaking . Needless to say I won’t be back. The only reason they get 1 star is because 0 stars were not available.

Used the Cedar Park location for my “04 Jeep Wrangler a few years ago for a Rear Main Seal. I didn’t have the tools to get the job done myself, I like to do my own work whenever possible. Explained the situation to them and they had the repairs done before they promised when they repaired the Rear Main Seal. The Jeep has grease pints and was showing my youngest (about to get his license) how to maintain the vehicle. Put one squeeze to many on the drag link /Pitman Arm CV Boot and torn it. Recent surgery and not able to get the right angle to get the part off, I make a quick call and they tell me they can get it done. Drop it off end of day, should be ready by mid-day next day. Got a text mid-day letting me know it was ready. No complaints, only had it back a couple of days and not much time to drive it, but know if something is wrong, they will take a look at it and work with you to make things right.

I had an inspection done on my car

I search for the best auto repair on line for about a year or so at the same time listening to friends by word of mouth. As I noticed,every time I drives with my wife and I along that highway (South Bell Blvd ,Route 183) it gets to my attention this particular Austin Automotive Specialist . When I came back I turn on my computer and made an appointment on line with no hesitation. I spoke to Dough that I’m dropping off the car and gave me the assurance to call me when it’s gonna be done. After I explained to him about the problem with my car ;I left the facility with great confidence and a sign of relief. Thursday Dough called me that car’s ready to be pick up. I paid whatever the damaged with confidence and said to Dough while at the same time sorting for some cash for Jeff,the mechanic who did the work on my car,instead he asked me to put it away. I felt bad, but I do understand. I test drive the car on the highway and I’m highly SATISFIED with the result. Guys, if you ever have the chance to read this try to check this place out!
