The service team was very helpful, it was easy to set up an appointment, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and worked with the warranty company to coordinate the costs of repairs. Once I agreed with the repairs, they completed the repairs quickly and I had my vehicle back in less time than I expected.

Austin Automotive is a true blessing! Always came for oil changes and had an easy and quick experience. My car randomly stopped and after sitting in the dodge dealership’s repair shop for months with no answers. I finally decided to have my car towed here. Once my Dodge Dart made it into Austin Automative hands from start to finish my mind stayed at ease. Just amazing communication, very honest, timely and considerate cost. They gave me an organized list of the future repairs I should consider and why, but didn't try to upsell me or anything. You can really tell the owner/operator cares about the operation and the customers in a meaningful way. They're not just another paycheck to him.

I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, and the turnaround for the diagnostic was only a few hours. I was text messaged a detailed report in regards to the listed issues WITH photo evidence which I highly appreciated, and decided to go through with the repairs. The service providers were friendly, and I'm overall very happy with the service! The price was higher than what I expected based off the average cost I acquired from the web, but I trusted my intuition and lets be real… you get what you pay for!
