Spoke to Jerome about scheduling an appointment for my car's a/c and got put on hold for 10 minutes until they closed and the call dropped. There was still 10 minutes left before closing. I didn't know booking an appointment took more than 3 minutes. Called the nearby Autozone and they were able to schedule me in with weekend availability. They effectively communicated with me about the status of my car and did an amazing job. I would try there first.
I am sorry Ricardo. Jerome handles the phone all by himself and when multiple calls come in some people get put on hold longer than we would like. We do our best to get to everyone. As far as the "call being dropped since we closed" statement, we have no answer. Our phones do not turn off at 5:30 nor do they automatically go to voice mail. if you received an option to leave a message that would mean all available lines were already busy and Jerome would be inundated with multiple lines. Again I apologize for the scheduling issues you experienced.
