Car (VW Golf) was left for three days only to be told that they couldn’t work on it. Chose them due to their website claiming they could work on European cars, and even if they can’t work on it would have appreciated a quicker response to that.

First of all they answered their phone. Courteous, did not need an appointment at that time after I explained the problem with my vehicle. the manager and specialist both took the time to explain the problem an it got done. quick, reasonable and professional.

This place is the best! Chris and the mechanics are awesome. I am very thankful for their honesty and outstanding service. My Jeep thanks them too!

Amazing customer service and such an easy process! Dropped off my car on a Saturday before closing and they had it done on Monday! I was out of town but gave them contact info for an approved fam member to pick up my car and it went over smoothly!

I took my vehicle for a crank no start issue. I'm thankful for the kindness and attentiveness during the entire process and course of repair. The communication and availability to provide updates was phenomenal and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of "car/vehicle" knowledge. I wasn't over charged nor pressed to get more things fixed or changed. I appreciate the team and the help and knowledge they provided.
