Pros: Clean shop, friendly people, decent customer service. Cons: They didn't fix it! My parents took their van in to Paul and crew for a radiator problem. They "fixed" it... and my parents took it back a month later for the same problem. And again another couple weeks later. And when the van broke down, about two months after the last attempt to fix it, guess what the cause was? RADIATOR. With my car, similar story. My car broke down because a belt snapped, causing engine damage. Towed in into Brake Specialists, who said they had to take the engine apart. Nearly two weeks and like $1500 later, got my car back... with a major gas leak. Took it back in and was told the fuel valves to the engine had snapped , probably when they were replacing the engine block. A few weeks after I got it back from that, my car was making funny noises and having issues again. Took it to another mechanic, whose first question upon examination was "Have you had someone do some engine work lately?" I said yes, and they told me the problem had been some connector to the engine -- also damaged by this store. I vowed then to never take any vehicle here ever again.
Kate I am sorry for the negative experience you had at our shop. We really do strive to fix every car right the first time. But being human things happen and when they do we want to make them right.
