Clay and his team at AAS are great. I've been to several other auto shops and dealership service departments in the past, but no more. These guys have my business because they are fair, they do great work, and you end up feeling like a well taken care of customer.

Went to get a oil change. I was surprise to find no oil in my car. The oil light came on and the filter was secure. The company response to the problem, we are not sure what happen and it only cause a little damage on the engine by the way here is your bill. Avoid this place it you want respectable service. Consider this post a warning when using this company.

Went for inspection. The executive wad friendly and well mannered.

Very rude over the phone. I understand you are booked but just give me a solution and never hang up on the client....

These guys were great. Got me in right away and was out in 10 mins. Thought I needed an alignment, but they said it all looked good and no charge. Could've easily charged me and said they fixed it, but they showed a lot of integrity. I will use them in the future for sure. Tried to make me pay $150 for full diagnostics whenever AutoZone was able to check codes and locate the problem for free. Highway robbery! Senile elderly people that can't tell the difference between a scam and a reasonable price beware.

I feel I am going to regret giving this review...start the waiting line....but these guys are the best. I drive a Saab and sometimes parts are difficult to get, but with the availability of the internet anything is possible. These guys are professional and honest! Their is not enough money you can pay to get mechanics that not only care about your car as much as you do and will give you a fair price but Austin specialists are almost impossible to beat. They will work with you and they will even go out on a limb and try to find anything and everything to keep your pride and joy on the road as long as you want. Thanks guys! 3/4/19 So again has an engine light come on, took it in the get serviced....thought the worst! All I need was a battery replacement. They guys checked everything, from the engine, to how my clutch and air intake was working etc. THEY ARE THE BEST! Andy runs the shop with some of the best techs available. YES you will have to have patients, but at least you will know that your car/truck is in good hands.
