Had never been there before ... professional friendly service ... proactive and motivated to please the client, and yet polite and respectful. an oil change was due so they called me directly to suggest the additional service but l had gotten a Groupon somewhere else for this. After requesting a quote it turns out their regular price for the synthetic oil change is the same as the Groupon and could have gotten all of it taken care of at once. I needed to have my car inspected. This was my first time to visit Austin Automotive but it will not be my last. I was impressed by the facility and the great customer service.

They cared more about helping me out not about the amount of money that it cost they lowered the price to what I could afford. They are the best!

I just moved to Texas and needed to get my suv inspected for registration. I called to set up an appointment. They were so nice and knowledgeable about what I needed to do first before the inspection (change insurance) and they said I didnt need an appointment. Once I was there, I asked if they had the time for an oil change as well. We drove 1200 miles and my car needed some pampering. They said no problem and made sure all the fluids were topped off and rotated my tires. Everyone was so nice. The main office/waiting area is very clean and comfortable, which was great because I had my 1yr old with me who had to explore every inch of the place. The shop on I35 in Round Rock, where I have my vehicles worked on is great. Mike and Andy are great to work with. They check out the problem and let you know what they find and tell you, including price to fix it.. The mechanics do great work. If something is not fixed right you take it back and they will make it right. They let you decide what you want done or when you can schedule another time to get it done.
