Went to the '1607 W Parmer Ln' location. I am new to Austin and wanted to change license plates of my car. One screw for license plate was stuck and won't come out whatever I tried. Went there and they looked at it right away. They were very helpful, usually big car repair shops don't entertain such small requests. They removed old license plate and put the new one, replaced the bad screw. All for free!! Very helpful, friendly staff.

Always have pretty good luck with this place. Usually I can drop off my car in the morning, and they even take me to work. By the time I get off work, my car is usually done. Only reason i'm leaving a 4 instead of a 5 star, is this past time took longer than I expected. I'm assuming b/c of parts or something, so I can't be too hard on them. But other than that, I like the service and the manager Darin and the driver (I can't remember his name, but he drives a van), are always really nice! Thanks guys!

My son takes his vehicle here for oil changes or when his car is in need of repair. The staff is always friendly and committed to keeping my vehicle in tip top shape. He wont go anywhere else
