JT and his team were great. Had the brakes done in less than one day, noticed an issue with the new pads, ordered some for next day delivery and called to let keep me updated. My car is braking much more smoothly and as quiet as the day I got it now.

Stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was in and out quickly. Always good service here! Place is clean, staff knowledgeable and professional. My previous review- I took my car in for an oil change to Austin Automotive Specialist based off their excellent online reviews. Their service was great! The staff were professional, helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than their estimated 45 minute timeframe. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with good space for social distancing. Hand sanitizer was readily available at the counter. I’ll use their services again.
