Russell and his team are unmatched when it comes to friendly service and honesty about your car’s needs. I never feel “up sold” or “nickel and dimed.” I have asked about additional work (changing my cabin air filter and a transmission fluid), and they told me that it wasn’t necessary to change those things yet. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, they always explain their findings and what is required for the repair in a way that I can understand. They communicate with you every step of the way when unexpected findings or time delays pop up. You are part of that process from beginning to end. This shop will do all they can to meet their end of the deal and time commitments made to you. Recently, my repairs were taking a little longer than expected. They called to let me know, but also assured me that it would be complete by the end of the day – even if it meant they would have to stay a little late to complete them. Russell personally stuck around, and I picked up my car about 30 minutes after they were closed. I have used this shop for a couple years now, and will continue to do so as long as I’m in this area. I highly recommend them!!

I was referred by Discount Tire which preformed replacement of tire. Then I went to Austin Automotive Specialist to receive the front tires to be aligned. They did an amazing job. So professional and on time. Can not mention in words how well they did. My Ford Explorer drives like it is brand new!! Awesome job!!!

I love this place. They are always helpful. I got a new car without the license plates attached and they were able to attach them for me and do an oil change for a much better deal than the dealership was offering. I very much recommend them, never had a bad experience.
