These guys are up front and honest. Very rare in most cases, especially in the automotive repair business. This is my second time I've used them and I am always impressed and satisfied. They have high ethical work standards. God Bless them!

Persistent attention to difficult problem solving ... this is the hallmark of good service. I’m fairly certain that these guys would rather not all of the repairs coming into their shop would be as complex as mine, but to their credit, they stuck with it and resolved it! ... and this isn’t the first time! At one point during previous repairs, the owner of the chain called me to insure that I got the service I expected ... and I did! Thanks Robert and Darrin!! Much appreciate your help!

Friendly staff and quick turn around on service. I took my car to AutoZone for a test before goin here and they got the same results so I fed they are trustworthy.

I have been using the Parmer Lane branch of Austin Automotive Specialists for the past four years and they have always been so wonderful. They explain things clearly and always offer fair pricing. I have never had a bad experience here! As a person that knows nothing about cars, getting work done can be intimidating, but they always make me feel comfortable!

This review started as 5 stars but things change! After driving the car around I noticed some rather upsetting errors on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to the shop on William Cannon. Those guys are absolute beasts and know what they're doing! A side note, any errors with the work is warrantied and if you didn't like the shop you went to, they will let you pick another one or suggest a good one. Steve, the VP, was very understanding and willing to help. I would recommend AAS to anyone looking for entry-level work on their vehicle.

Not a huge fan of the customer service- as an adult over 25 being called “young lady” just isn’t my favorite experience, and the technician spoke very quickly and diminutively to me. Would prefer to be called ma’am and treated more like an adult when I bring in my car for a service. Service was completed correctly and in a reasonable amount of time.
