I bought my own brakes and rotors and asked to have them installed. The gentleman at the front was polite and even showed me my brakes to help educate me. However, the mechanic test drove my vehicle and when he came back he said everything was okay. Then he left again for another test drive and came back. I thought it was odd to test the vehicle twice (apparently he knew the job wasn’t complete). As he was parking my vehicle I noticed a scraping sound coming from the front. I asked the gentleman at the counter and he had no clue. However the mechanic gave me a thumbs up meaning the car was ready to go. Over $300 later on just installation, I drove my car. Not even two full minutes upon leaving the driveway I heard the scraping again. It got louder and louder, I called the place back and he told me to bring it back. The mechanic drove the vehicle twice and I am very certain he heard the problem. However didn’t want to take the time to correct his $337 installation job, instead he sent me on my way knowing it wasn’t completed correctly. To this day, my brakes are still scraping very loudly and I am not going back. I do not trust the mechanic to further touch the vehicle. Poor brake and rotor change out was definitely not worth $337.

I had them replace both CV axle assemblies because they were both leaking and spraying fluid everywhere. I noticed fluid dripping in my garage, so took it to them. They diagnosed it on the spot, showed me what was up, and had it repaired the next day. They provided a ride home so I could leave it there, and picked up my car the next day. I highly recommend these guys for competent and speedy repair. Thanks, guys!

Car trouble is always a nightmare but Austin Automotive always makes it as positive and stress free as possible. They replaced a faulty fuel pump on my car and did everything in their power to save me as much money as possible. They are always kind, honest, quick and thorough. They never try to oversell or take advantage (I know very little about cars!) I will never take my cars anywhere else! Thank you Justin and team at Austin automotive.

I never post reviews, but this place most definitely deserves one. For the past month and half my car has been making a noise and I knew something was off. I even took it to another auto shop and they didn't solve my noise issue. Instead they did regular maintenance and called it a day. BUT Austin's Automotive specialist team asked so many detailed questions to figure out what I was experiencing with my car. And with my tight schedule, they managed to fix my car two day's earlier than expected. They are very professional and I felt comfortable asking questions about the subject of cars in which I know very little of. I am definitely coming back if I have any other issues.
