Took my c1500 in for diagnosis after I struggled for a month to figure out the problem myself. Very fair on price, got me fixed up and back on the road. Would recommend!!!

Andy @ Austin Automotive makes me feel like family. We take all of our cars there for our maintenance and urgent care needs. He has always provided us with honest recommendations and time frames for those recommendations. I have been with Austin Automotive for 20 yrs and counting. I wonder what I will do when Andy retires.

Great friendly service. I was passing by during a long trip and my tire pressure light came on, they took care of me quickly and had me on my way in no time.

I take my vehicles to Austin's Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park. Very close to my home, I enjoy being able to drop of my vehicle and then walk home to go about my business throughout the day. I get the call that the vehicle is ready to be picked up. My interactions with the staff makes me feel like they are working on their own cars and gives me insight into how my vehicle is doing. I feel that it is hard to gain trust with car mechanics but within the first few transactions I had with this shop, I appreciate the relationship we have built. This is my go to shop.

My wife brought our aging Toyota SUV to Austin's Automotive Specialists (Wm. Cannnon shop) for a couple of signifiant repairs last year, including a radiator kit replacement. We were happy with the service and very reasonable cost. When my wife recently noticed that the coolant level in the overflow tank was nearly gone, we brought the vehicle back to AAS to have it looked into: They performed a thorough check of the cooling system and identified a hose that was leaking coolant under pressure. They replaced the hose at no charge, saying the repair was performed under warranty. My wife was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Austin's Automotive Specialists!
