UPDATE: I went to another mechanic shop for a second opinion and they are doing the exact same job and ordering parts for me for A THIRD of the price!!! A THIRD!!! I would go ANYWHERE but here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!! 0 STARS!!! They completely messed up with my vehicle. I brought TWO problems to their attention, one of them being a coolant problem. They didn’t even look at the coolant and let me leave the shop saying I was all good to go. (I spent $700 parts and labor for the other issue) I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT A MILE DOWN THE ROAD AND THE ENGINE OVERHEATED AND SHUT DOWN! The other manager Jason, I think, said they never looked at the coolant. There was ZERO coolant in the vehicle. None. So they let me leave without even checking the fluids or doing a test drive!! My engine could have blown up!! After I brought the car back they said that it would be ANOTHER $800 to fix the coolant problem!! THEN they started saying they didn’t know about the problem and that they record all the conversations at the desk. However, we walked out to the car to look at what the problem was. The shop manager (ANDY) was the one who walked out, and is now saying no one went to the car. I had to call the OWNER to which he said Andy the manager is his friend and he would never lie.... what?!?!? Check the footage! You will see that he walked out to our car to look at the problems. If I would have known it was an $1500 job I would have never done it!!! But they got the $700 out of me, let me leave with a car that wasn’t safe to drive, and then had me come back to get another $800 out of me! The owner and managers are all in on it and they probably do this often! DO NOT GO HERE! I have contacted the BBB and I am getting lawyers involved! This is a total scam! Watch out! **RESPONSE** As previously stated to you I was there in a separate vehicle to pick up my husband. Watched him walk to the car with your manager and saw him pointing to the front of the vehicle. Everyone please go look at their Yelp reviews. There are several people who have complained about the exact same thing. So no. My factual 1 star review is not lost. And honestly your response as an owner shows how you are, and people will see that.
Aubrey. You never came in, your husband did. He never said anything about a coolant issue we took care of what he wanted done nothing more. I reviewed the camera and audio from not only the counter but also viewed your car from when the wrecker dropped it off until we pushed it in. Never once did your husband say anything about a coolant issue nor did he go out to the car with anyone ever. if you feel there is an honesty issue it's not with us. We do great work and treat our customers quite well your misleading and untrue 1 star is lost in all the 5's
